These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Utrecht, Netherlands.
10. Cancellations & Refunds
At Synaptic Sales, every client engagement involves a significant amount of custom setup, integration, and onboarding work. From the moment your service is activated, we begin allocating time and resources to configure your system, personalize workflows, and connect third-party tools on your behalf.
Because of this hands-on implementation, we operate under the following cancellation and refund terms:
a. All payments are final once onboarding begins. Refunds will not be issued for any service after setup work has commenced, including but not limited to technical configurations, platform access, or initial consultations.
b. A minimum 30-day notice is required for all cancellations. This applies to monthly subscriptions, recurring services, and platform usage. No cancellations will be processed retroactively, and no partial refunds will be issued for unused time within an active billing cycle.
c. Clients are welcome to cancel at any time following the notice period. Upon cancellation, service will continue through the end of the current billing term.
d. In rare cases where Synaptic Sales chooses to issue a discretionary refund, this will only apply to the unused portion of services beyond the 30-day notice window, and will exclude all setup-related fees or labor.
By signing up for our services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms, and understand that significant manual effort goes into ensuring your business is onboarded and supported effectively.
